Please stick around to draw your prizes in the closing session and attend the Exhibitor Lunch.

The exhibition will run for the duration of the conference with catering (excluding Friday lunch) served in the exhibition area.

The welcome function will also be held in the exhibition area (Tasman Room, Wrest Point Convention Centre).

All Exhibition Staff will be issued with name badges. In the interest of security, name badges must be worn at all times and must be clearly visible.

Please note access to the Exhibition venue may be denied without the
correct identification.

Any representatives required to work on your stand in addition to the nominated exhibitor representative must purchase an additional Exhibitor registration. Badges will be available for collection at the conference from the
Registration Desk, located in the Wellington Foyer, Wrest Point.


There will be limited onsite storage facilities for packing materials and boxes. It is recommended that Exhibitors consider their storage needs (of packing crates and freight forwarding materials) for the duration of the Exhibition.

Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packing material in the Exhibition area during the event.


The following is a list of items we suggest you pack into your ‘Exhibition Survival Kit’, because you never know when you might need them!

  • Scissors
  • Tape (for packing boxes/cases)
  • Velcro (hook & loop)
  • Blu-Tack
  • Stapler
  • Pens and markers
  • Note pads
  • Mini first-aid kit
  • Safety Vests – We suggest packing your own safety vests.
  • Powerboard, extension cord, phone/laptop/tablet charger (must be brand new or tagged and tested)
  • Clearly marked return delivery labels for all packages for after the conference
  • Courier consignment notes for sending goods back to the office.

ExpoTas is the appointed exhibition supply company. Furniture packages and other display features can be purchased through ExpoTas.

For your convenience, a delivery label is included below. Please ensure

you attach this to every item being delivered to the venue.

Deliveries will only be accepted between 12:00 and 16:00 on Monday 15 March AND Tuesday, 16 March. 

Please ensure:

  • You confirm with your courier the delivery has been made BEFORE you arrive.
  • You have the name of your courier, the consignment numbers and confirmed delivery date when you arrive.

Before you leave please check that you have:

  • Labelled – have you labelled your freight correctly? (return address, contact name, phone number, item numbers, i.e. 1 of 5)?
  • Attached – have you attached your delivery address AND courier consignment note/s.
  • Contacted – have you contacted your freight company to collect your goods?

Courier companies will not collect goods unless there is a completed and signed consignment note attached to your freight. Wrest Point/Conference Design staff cannot sign any consignment notes on your behalf.

Wrest Point accepts no responsibility for freight left without completed consignment notes or incorrectly completed consignment notes. Freight that has not been collected within 14 days will be disposed of.

Outgoing freight should be collected from Wrest Point by COB Friday, 19 March 2021.  Any collections made after this date will need to be organised directly with Kelly Glass at venue.

Advertising & Online Proceedings Platforms

Your logo should be a high-resolution PNG or JPG image, no less than 250 KB in size.

Used on the web, print and PowerPoint slide, the conference app and in your online proceedings platform exhibition display.

  • Sponsors – 100-words
  • Exhibitors – 50-words

Include a link to your website so delegates can connect with your organisation.

Displayed on the website, conference app and the online proceedings platform.


A push notification consists of a maximum 30-word message plus a max 10 word heading.

Sent to delegates during the conference days during high activity periods.

All exhibitors have FOUR (4) content pieces included, some sponsors may have more (please refer to your package).

A content piece can be in PDF or hyperlink format, e.g. flyers, brochures, links to web pages etc.

FAQs can be added to your online display to answer common questions asked by your customers.  We advise you to keep the questions/answers succinct to encourage interest by attendees.  You can include up to 10 questions/answers.  An example of some questions are below:
