Already booked Accommodation through Conference Design?


If you need to change or cancel accommodation booking made with Conference Design, please email our team, not the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will incur an amount equal to the total of one night’s room charge for each room cancelled.
For any rooms cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the total of all room nights cancelled will be charged.

No shows will be charged for all night’s cancelled.

Do you want to extend or decrease your booking?

Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.


Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.


Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
