Move Well Eat Well is an award program that promotes a healthier Tasmania in which children can enjoy healthy eating and physical activity every day.
Transform-Us! provides schools and teachers with online training and resources to help students move more and sit less in the classroom. This program has been used in Victorian schools for more than 12 years to support students to be more active, and so far, Transform-Us! has reached more than 904 teachers and 376 schools in Victoria.
Please contact Elaine Marshall or Rebekah Harrison to find out more!
*Transform-Us! was developed by an international team of researchers led by Professor Jo Salmon at the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN), Deakin University.
